Graybar announced Wednesday that it has closed on its purchase of Oklahoma electrical distributor Broken Arrow Electric Supply.

The companies originally announced their acquisition agreement earlier this month. The company will continue to operate under the Broken Arrow name as a Graybar subsidiary.

“BAES President David Edkins and his team are focused on ensuring a seamless transition for customers by continuing to prioritize local relationships and delivering outstanding service,” Graybar officials said in a statement.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

BAES operates seven locations in eastern Oklahoma.
