SRS Distribution Inc. announced that it has joined forces with AAC Building Materials, an independently owned distributor of roofing products and accessories, siding, windows, doors, and other complementary products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina, AAC Building Materials was founded in 1959 and currently employs a team of 25 people. To ensure continuity and consistency for the customers, employees, and supplier partners of AAC, co-owners Bob and Lori Harrison, as well as the rest of the AAC team, will be staying with the company to run the operation.
