Valin Corporation, a technical solutions provider in San Jose Calif., has acquired Power Transfer Products, located in Alvin, Texas. The acquisition strengthens Valin’s filtration and process heating portfolio while simultaneously furthering the company’s geographic reach. The acquisition was made effective on January 1, 2019.
