Purvis Industries is pleased to announce that effective November 1st, 2013, the company has acquired substantially all of the assets, brand rights, websites, personnel and intellectual property of The Bates family of companies consisting of Bates Sales Company, The Mine Supply Company, IMSCO of Albuquerque, Design Mfg & Equipment Co., St Louis Vibrator Products, Conveyor and Drive Equipment Co., C&L Gear & Machine and Munroe Material Handling. Bates and its companies have been in operation over 60 years and account for over $68 million USD in annual revenue. During that time they have developed a strong customer following by providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Bates has locations serving St. Louis, Hannibal, St. Genevieve, Jackson, Sikeston and Springfield, MO as well as locations in Pittsburg, KS, Newbern, TN, and Blytheville and Osceola, AR. The Mine Supply Company is located in Carlsbad, NM, Mt Vernon, IL., Viburnum, MO and their IMSCO division in Albuquerque, NM.
