OTC Industrial Technologies announced this month that it has acquired rotating equipment provider Global Energy Solutions.
GES sells equipment and provides service and repair solutions from its locations in Oklahoma City and Fort Smith, Arkansas. OTC officials said the deal would expand its technical capabilities and geographic footprint while continuing its investments in its rotating equipment service network.
“GES strategically increases the OTC service presence in Oklahoma and Arkansas, while adding proven motor, drive and pump expertise and a team whose customer service culture matches OTC’s,” Brett Stanton, the president of OTC’s rotating equipment group, said in a statement.
“Partnering with OTC is the perfect next step for Global Energy Solutions,” added Garrett and Kristi Campbell, the company’s founders. “This partnership brings expanded resources, enhanced operational capabilities, and strategic alignment that will allow us to continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
