DALLAS, TX -- Purvis Industries is pleased to announce the acquisition of assets, brand rights, web presence, personnel and intellectual property of Bearing Solutions Inc. of Houston Texas effective March 1st, 2011. Bearing Solutions specializes in providing Bearing and Power Transmission products to the oilfield market and has locations in Houston Texas, Odessa Texas and Edmonton Alberta Canada.
Bearing Solutions will be folded into Purvis Industries newest division National Petroleum Oilfield Products serving the oil & gas industry. “We feel this is a natural bolt on fit for NPOP, bringing together 2 sets of employees with hundreds of years of combined experience supplying oilfield solutions and Tier 1 product lines for both organizations.” said Bob Purvis President of Purvis Industries. The combining of the two companies will start immediately and should be complete sometime before the end of second quarter 2011.
