RIDGID (Elyria, OH) announces a new addition to the RIDGID hand-held diagnostic and inspection product line: the RIDGID micro CA-300, a purpose-built, hand-held inspection camera. The RIDGID micro CA-300 inspection camera offers an easy way to diagnose and document job site problems. The unit records still images and videos, and integrates audio with a built-in microphone and speaker, providing the ability to record insights and playback problems in hard-to-reach areas. The camera is powered by a rechargeable 3.7V Li-Ion battery that is compatible with the microEXPLORER inspection camera or the unit can be plugged directly into the wall with a DC plugin for an alternate power supply. “The durable, purpose-built micro CA-300 inspection camera was designed to make a contractor’s job easier and more efficient,” said Sarah Golish, global director of marketing for diagnostics at RIDGID. “Users can offer in-field validation by showing their customer exactly what and where the problem is.”
