SANFORD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul 18, 2012--Blue Wolf Capital Partners, LLC announced that its portfolio company, American Builders Supply, Inc. (“ABS”), the largest independent supplier of doors, windows and trusses to homebuilders in Florida, has named Bill Myrick Chief Executive Officer. Under Blue Wolf's ownership, ABS has consolidated four leading independent competitors in the last 15 months, including Clermont Builders Supply in February of this year.

Myrick, 50, has had a 30 year career in the building products industry. Beginning as an entry-level management trainee at 84 Lumber in 1982, he advanced through that organization and ultimately became the COO. He was most recently CEO of Pro Build.
