This designation is earned by companies who have implemented a quality system that is compliant with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Quality Management System.
The certification, valid through August 2012, is a result of IBT, Inc. completing an external audit of practices and procedures by Global Registration Services, an independent quality system registrar.
ISO 9001:2008 provides a standardized framework for managing organizational processes to optimize consistent customer satisfaction.
