Most Americans, who are old enough to remember, can tell you exactly where they were and what they were doing the morning of September 11, 2001. Streamlight, Inc., an Eagleville, PA based AD supplier of high-performance flashlights and weapon light/laser sighting devices, has taken the opportunity to recapture the national unity inspired by that traumatic day and to honor the heroes who made tremendous sacrifices on 9/11.
Streamlight has announced that this year they are a Corporate Sponsor of the Travis Manion Foundation. The Travis Manion Foundation is an organization that honors and assists our nation’s veterans, first responders, and the families of fallen heroes through various grants, scholarships, races, and the annual 9/11 Heroes Run.

In addition to their Corporate Sponsorship, Streamlight is also a Multi-Region Sponsor of the Travis Manion Foundation’s 9/11 Heroes Run. This is an international series of 5K runs, held to honor the service and sacrifice of those who have given their all for our today. This is to honor the fallen, by challenging the living. An estimated 25,000 runners, 50,000 spectators and 2,000 volunteers around the globe took part in this year’s events, which were scheduled for the weekend of September 8, the 11th anniversary of 9/11.
Streamlight sponsored six local races, as well as races in San Diego, CA, Jacksonville, FL, Virginia Beach, VA, and Camp Bagram, Afghanistan.
In conjunction with their sponsorship of the Foundation and the 9/11 Heroes Run, Streamlight introduced the Bronze Nano Light®, a keychain light with a double-sided FOB that features the Travis Manion Foundation logo.
