South Carolina distributor Carson’s Nut-Bolt & Tool joined Affiliated Distributors at the beginning of the year, the buying group announced Tuesday.
Carson’s, originally founded in 1969, is a family-owned “full-line industrial supply house” serving manufacturers, contractors and government customers in South Carolina and beyond. Its product offering of more than 70,000 stocked items includes fasteners, hand tools, power tools, jobsite equipment, pneumatic tools and cutting tools.
The company is based in Greenville, South Carolina, and operates two additional locations in Upstate South Carolina and a fourth in Asheville, North Carolina. It will be part of AD’s U.S. industrial and safety division.
“For more than five decades, our family has built Carson’s around trust, integrity and doing right by our customers and our people,” General Manager John Carson said in a statement. “Joining AD connects us with a community that shares those same values.”
