Canadian lubricants manufacturer Klondike Lubricants has joined IDCO as a supplier partner, the cooperative announced Monday.
The Hoser Network said that the addition of Klondike’s portfolio of more than 225 lubricant products would bolster its overall offerings to IDCO members. Klondike has served the Canadian market for more than 35 years and is “rapidly expanding” its presence in the U.S.; IDCO officials noted that most Klondike products sold in the U.S. are produced domestically.
“We recently started working with Klondike Lubricants, and have been pleased with the offering, pricing, and support,” IDCO Chairman Matt Steer, the president of Elite Supply, said in the announcement. “They saved us around 25% on our hydraulic oil, so we’re now competitive in small- and mid-sized B2B situations — not just retail.”
Steer added that the partnership offiers “strong cross-selling opportunities” with clients in manufacturing, concrete, trucking and agriculture.
“Our mission has always been to help grow independent companies, and we see IDCO as a strong alignment with that purpose,” said Aaron Crosby, Klondike’s business development manager in the Southwest U.S.
