Members of Affiliated Distributors reported combined sales of about $100 billion in 2025, the buying group announced Monday.

The overall number was up 20% compared to 2024 to set a new record for AD.

On a same-store basis, sales were up 6% compared to the previous year. Group officials noted that most of the non-organic growth stemmed from AD’s merger with IMARK Electrical, although its members also acquired 62 non-AD companies during the year.

AD officials added that purchases by its members from AD supplier partners were up 7% on a same-store basis and 34% overall. Distributions to AD members eclipsed $1.8 billion for the year.

Twenty-seven AD members were acquired by other AD distributors in 2025.

“2025 was a very strong year for AD and its owner-members, marked by record results and incredible growth,” AD CEO Bill Weisberg said in a statement. “2026 is already on track to be another record year due to our merger with the great companies of the Commonwealth Group and positive early indicators in most of our industries.”
