AFC Industries announced Monday that it will consolidate a number of its subsidiaries under two new company brands.
AFC officials said that the new AFC Tooling — combining Cline Tool and PF Markey — and AFC Aerospace & Defense would make the distributor easier to understand in the marketplace.
