Graybar said Wednesday that its 2025 sales were up by more than 10% compared to the previous year to once again set a new company record.

The electrical and industrial distribution giant’s annual net sales of $12.9 billion were 10.6% higher than 2024 levels. The company also reported $431.4 million in net income for the year, an increase of 2% over 2024.

Graybar noted in the release that its Valin and Advantage Industrial Automation subsidiaries each made acquisitions during the year — of Burns Controls and Orbit Motion Systems, respectively — and said that it opened the first three of its “STAR” distribution centers. The “STAR,” or “Storage, Transport and Readiness,” initiative was announced in September: a series of hubs to serve large, complex construction projects in “high-growth” markets. The first three were slated for the Dallas, Atlanta and Reno, Nevada, areas.

The distributor also completed the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as its new ERP system in 2025, and provided “record cash dividends” to shareholders of the employee-owned company for the second straight year, officials said.

“Achieving record net sales in the same year we completed an ERP system upgrade is a testament to our employees and their unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience,” Graybar Chairman, President and CEO Kathleen Mazzarella said in the statement.

Graybar’s industrial operations ranked at no. 14 on the latest ID Big 50.
