Supplied on rolls or sheets, with or without an adhesive backing, these precision membranes can be fabricated in a wide variety of formats with pore sizes from 0.2 to 0.45 microns, depending upon material. Available in sizes from 0.25” to 60” dia., with tolerances of ±0.005” and varying thicknesses, Interstate Custom Die Cut Membranes can be produced using digital die-less cutting, or high-speed, and rotary die cutting. Slitting, multi-layer laminating, and special packaging can be provided and the firm is ISO 13485 and ISO 9001:2008 approved and ITAR registered.
