Core & Main LP, a U.S. distributor of water, sewer and fire protection products, has closed on its previously announced definitive agreement to acquire select assets of Maskell Pipe & Supply, Inc., a California-based distributor and fittings fabricator of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. Maskell Pipe has locations in Corona and Tracy, California., and Morgantown, West Virginia.
