A Texas distributor of waterworks and PVF products has added a counterpart in Massachusetts, company officials announced last week.
Accurate Meter & Supply said that The Stiles Company provides water meters and waterworks supplies and service to municipal utilities across New England. Owners Ian and Katie Kasowitz, who purchased the business from its original family owners six years ago, will continue to operate the business alongside its existing management staff.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“With Accurate's support and partnership, we are well-positioned to expand our product and service offerings, invest in additional sales resources to drive new business wins,” the Kasowitzs said in a joint statement.
"Together, we're expanding our reach while continuing to deliver the products, technical expertise, and service our customers expect,” added Accurate President Caleb Burson.
Accurate, headquartered in suburban Houston, operates additional Texas locations in El Paso, Porter and Welaco.
