Osaka, Japan-based bearings manufacturer NSK reported its 2015 full year fiscal results on Monday for the period ended March 31.
Total sales were $8.1 billion, an 11.8 percent increase over 2014. Net income nearly doubled to $516.3 million, a 98.8 percent increase.
In its Industrial Machinery segment, net sales were $2.3 billion, up 13.7 percent year-over-year, while NSK's Automotive segment sales of $5.5 billion were up 11.3 percent.
NSK is forecasting its 2016 total net sales to increase 13.0 percent.
