Canton, OH — The Timken Company announced the appointment of Louise Dalton to the position of general manager of global distribution. Dalton is responsible for strengthening key commercial processes that support efficient, consistent business relationships with Timken distributors worldwide.
Dalton joined Timken in 2008 as a manufacturing engineer manager at the company’s aerospace division in Lebanon, N.H. She has served as demand manager in the supply chain organization and, most recently, as global supply chain manager for the Aerospace business segment.
A native of Glasgow, Scotland, Dalton earned a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from Brunel University in Middlesex, England, and a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
