ISA’s prestigious American Eagle Awards program has been redesigned for 2013. The new focus of the awards program will be to recognize excellence in industry and lifetime achievement. To be a recipient of either one of these awards is no small feat but, in order for your company to receive the recognition and publicity that only winners can enjoy, you must submit a nomination form.
The new Excellence in Industry Award recognizes companies in the MROP channel for their commitment to driving value to channel partners. Qualified candidates demonstrate excellence in one or more areas, including: communicating with channel partners, introducing innovative products and services that create new business opportunities, developing effective marketing programs to drive sales, or showing exemplary leadership and service in partnership with charitable and community organizations.
The Lifetime Achievement Award honors any individual in the MROP channel for his/her longstanding service in the industrial supply industry. Qualified candidates have made significant contributions to the success of the industry and/or their community, and have earned the respect of their associates and peers.
In previous years, the American Eagle award program has had a rich history of showcasing the efforts of manufacturers, distributors and industrial manufacturer representatives in the MROP channel. Since its inception, the competition has allowed hundreds of companies to tell their stories, and dozens have taken center stage with award-winning entries.
Will your company join this prestigious group this year? Identify the worthy candidates for the new 2013 awards. Anyone from an ISA member company may submit nominations for these awards. Award candidates must have been employed with a member company at the time of their nomination. Companies must be members of the Industrial Supply Association to win an award. The nomination entry deadline is April 24, 2013.
The 2013 winners of the American Eagle Awards will be revealed during the 2013 ISA Product Show & Conference on June 1 at the opening session. Recipients of the two new awards categories will be officially announced and introduced to all attendees, making the awards ceremony a highlight of the opening session activities.
