Plumbing, HVAC and industrial distributor APR Supply has acquired a Maryland counterpart that expands the Pennsylvania-based company into a fourth state.
The addition of McArdle & Walsh Inc., APR officials said, would also strengthen its inventory availability, product offerings and local service capabilities. McArdle & Walsh has served contractors across the Baltimore area with plumbing, heating and industrial products for more than a century.
APR originally announced a pending deal late last year; terms were not disclosed.
“With this acquisition, we are excited to officially add our first Maryland location to the APR family,” APR CEO Scott Weaver said in a statement. “McArdle & Walsh’s dedication to the trades and strong presence in the Baltimore market align closely with our values and long-term growth strategy.”
APR operates more than 40 locations across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
