Core & Main announced Monday that it has closed on its acquisition of Oklahoma waterworks distributor Pioneer Supply.
The deal was originally announced earlier this month.
Pioneer provides water and storm drainage products from its headquarters in Moore, Oklahoma, and a second location in Weatherford, Texas.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
