Smart Joint Access with electric drive for stationary and factory-based installations
Seepex
Seepex (Enon, OH) introduced Smart Joint Access (SJA) for demanding industrial and mining environments. Designed for high availability, compact footprints and uptime-critical reliability, SJA can be used in mobile manufacturing units, underground installations and skid-mounted or stationary systems.
SJA, integrated into the BN progressive cavity pump, provides a direct visual inspection and efficient condition assessment method for handling shear-sensitive, abrasive or corrosive media.

Features:
- Large opening in suction housing that provides direct access to both joints
- Utilizes equal-wall stator to enable high-pressure capability while maintaining compact footprint
- Can be equipped with compact hydraulic drive (optimized for low oil displacement on truck-mounted units) or electric drive for stationary and underground use
- Available with stainless steel or steel housings and various stator materials (NBR, EPDM or FKM) to ensure compatibility with diverse chemical emulsions
- Engineered to provide stable, controlled flow that protects product integrity, even when handling highly abrasive or viscous emulsions
- Suitable for rock blasting (blast hole loading), shotcrete, mine dewatering, tunneling, dam construction and civil works.
