Chicopee, MA, May 16, 2012 - Guardair Corporation announced it has acquired the assets of Allen Gasket Cutting Machine, Co. of New Bedford, MA. Featuring a line of rotary-style gasket cutters, Allen will be absorbed into the Allpax Gasket Cutter Systems Division at Guardair’s Chicopee, MA headquarters.
