PITTSBURGH (AP) — Wesco International Inc. completed its acquisition of fellow electronics distributor RS Electronics, the company said Wednesday.
Terms of the deal, first announced last month, were not disclosed. Wesco said it expects the acquisition to immediately boost earnings, adding about 4 cents per share in profit in the first year of operation.
RS Electronics Inc. is based in Livonia, Mich. Wesco is based in Pittsburgh.
