RED WING, Minn. — Capital Safety, home of the DBI-SALA and PROTECTA brands of fall protection equipment, today announces the opening of a new distribution center in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. The new distribution hub will complement Capital Safety’s existing distribution centers located in Minnesota, Southern California and Texas.

The new distribution hub will complement Capital Safety’s existing distribution centers located in Minnesota, Southern California and Texas. This new distribution center will significantly improve shipping times to Capital Safety customers in the Northeast United States, as well as reducing overall transportation costs.

“Our new distribution center in Connecticut will benefit our customers because we will have our most popular DBI-SALA and PROTECTA brand products in stock locally,” says Kevin Coplan, vice president of sales for Capital Safety. “We will be able to better serve our loyal customers because the new facility brings our industry-leading products closer to our clients in the Northeast United States.”

Further, a will-call pick up option will be available with easy access to the new facility, as well as same-day shipping on most orders. The center will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
