CLEVELAND -- BDI (Bearing Distributors, Inc.), headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, announces the acquisition of Salt Lake City, UT-based PneumaTrek National Inc., effective April 1, 2011.
PneumaTrek has supplied Pneumatics, Hydraulic Systems and Fluid Power components to businesses in the Salt Lake City market and surrounding area since 1975.
Dennis Iverson and the PneumaTrek team are a welcomed addition to BDI. Their experience and technical knowledge will ensure delivery of outstanding and uninterrupted service to PneumaTrek and BDI customers. PneumaTrek’s familiarity with the local market, combined with BDI’s global footprint, supplier/partner relationships and significant resources, will deliver world-class service both to new and existing customers.
