The largest stakeholder in Rexel SA (RXL), Ray Investment SARL is selling a stake worth about 546 million euros ($727 million) in the electrical-equipment distributor, reports Bloomberg News.
Rexel shares closed at 18.95 euros in Paris yesterday, a 0.3 percent increase. Ray Investment sold a ten percent stake in the company in early June, and will hold only 24 percent of Rexel after the current sale.
