Parker Hannifin Corp. set a new company record for annual sales after a fourth consecutive record fiscal quarter, officials announced Thursday — and it expects to set another new record in its new fiscal year.

The motion and control technologies giant reported $5.76 billion in sales in its fourth quarter, a 9.8% increase compared to the April-June period last year. Its net income rose 18% over that span to $1.09 billion, while its segment operating margin increased by 260 basis points to 26.5%.

Parker posted sales of $3.86 billion across its “diversified industrial” operations in the quarter, up from $3.57 billion in the same period of 2025, while its industrial sales in North American climbed by 7% to $2.22 billion.

For the full fiscal year, Parker reported sales of $21.5 billion, an 8.3% jump over its 2025 fiscal year, and net income of $3.65 billion, which was up 3%. Annual segment operating margin climbed 150 basis points to 24.5%.

The company projects its sales for the 2027 fiscal year to be 5.5% to 8.5% ahead of the 2026 record, along with a segment operating margin of 24.5% to 24.9%.

“We are forecasting fiscal 2027 to be a record year for Parker,” Parker Chairman and CEO Jenny Parmentier said in a statement, “supported by a broadening recovery in industrial markets and positive organic growth across all market verticals.”
