Grainger, on November 4th, reported results for its fiscal 3rd quarter, announcing sales of $5.2 billion. The figure represents an increase of 11.3%, or 14.9% on a daily, organic constant currency basis. When accounting for the company’s 2025 exit from the U.K. market, these sales increased 14.9% year-over-year.
Grainger Chairman and CEO D.G. Macpherson said the company’s performance reflected “an improving demand environment” supported by the MRO distributor’s “consistent execution.”
Macpherson also pointed to “impressive growth” from the company’s High-Touch Solutions and Endless Assortment segments. Endless Assortment tends to refer to Grainger’s online sales, and includes Grainger.com as well as its MonotaRO and Zoro businesses. Grainger noted improvements in gross profit margin due to expansion within e-commerce, with its Endless Assortment gross margin increasing by 90 basis points over the same period in 2025.
Meanwhile, sales in the High Touch Solutions - N.A. segment – generally understood to be Grainger’s more traditional relationship-oriented sales category – increased 13.8%, “driven by double-digit volume growth and continued price inflation as cost increases were passed.” Sales in Endless Assortment were up 11.9% year-over-year.
Grainger also announced that it would be increasing its 2026 guidance, with Macpherson noting the company remains “on track for an exceptional year.”
