F.W. Webb Company announced Monday that it has officially opened a new, larger warehouse and storefront near Glen Falls, New York.
The company — the no. 12 distributor on ID’s latest Big 50 — replaced its former Queensbury hub east of Glen Falls with a new, 90,000-square-foot campus west of the city. F.W. Webb officials said the facility offers improved accessibility and amenities, as well as an expanded inventory — with more than 20,000 products located on-site and new resources from its waterworks division.
The Queensbury facility will supply industrial, commercial, residential and institutional customers. It also features a training center for product demonstrations and certifications, and will add a showroom for its Frank Webb Home lines in the “near future.”
The company plans to add staff for “multiple roles” at the hub, including positions in administration, warehousing and sales.
“Opening this larger facility strengthens our ability to support trade professionals with the products, solutions, and expertise they need to operate efficiently and grow their businesses,” F.W. Webb COO Bob Mucciarone said in a statement. “Investing in this new location is part of our footprint-wide strategy to provide state-of-the-art locations that meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
