The Distributor Partners of America’s 2014 Annual Buying and Networking Conference was held at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa on March 25-27, 2014. Over 80 of the safety industry’s leading distributors and suppliers were in attendance and each day was filled with meetings, presentations and networking opportunities.
DPA distributors met with each partner supplier to learn about new products and growth opportunities. Distributors also took advantage of DPA’s “Show Specials” promotions. Attendees were treated to a special presentation from Sales Expert, Barry Wright which included a discussion on “How to Stop the Race to Zero” and “Value. What is it? How do we capture it?” After hours, everyone had the opportunity to relax and socialize at a welcome reception filled with great food, Latin dancing and live steel drum music.
DPA Safety Awards
The Group is pleased to announce its 2013 Safety Distributor and Supplier of the Year recipients: Congratulations to DPA Safety Distributor of the Year, Advanced Safety & Industrial Supply (Nolensville, TN) and Supplier of the Year, Radians, Inc. (Memphis, TN).
One of the group’s most prestigious honors is the DPA Safety Excellence Award, which is presented to a company or person that demonstrates extraordinary support of DPA and excellence in their field. This year’s honoree was Global Glove & Safety Manufacturing (Ramsey, MN).
“Since joining DPA, they have dedicated themselves to offering the service and support necessary to exceed our member’s expectations,” said DPA Executive Director, Zachary T. DPA Safety recognized its 5-year members at its 2014 buying and networking conference in Ft. Myers, Florida.
