Imperial Dade Canada on Monday officially completed its acquisition of Enterprise Paper, company officials announced.

The Canadian division of the newly renamed Imperial Brady said that the deal would bolster its distribution network across British Columbia and Alberta. Enterprise is headquartered in suburban Vancouver and operates additional locations in Parksville, British Columbia, Edmonton and Calgary.

Company officials originally announced the proposed merger in April; financial terms were not disclosed.

“Imperial Dade Canada is the partner that shares our values and will carry our legacy forward with the same care and effort that helped build Enterprise Paper,” Enterprise President David Leeson said in a statement Monday.
