A&M Industrial Acquires Tool-Krib Supply

The deal joins two New Jersey metalworking and MRO distributors.

A&M Industrial announced Monday that it has acquired fellow New Jersey distributor Tool-Krib Supply Company.

A&M officials said that the addition of Tool-Krib would strengthen its position in the Mid-Atlantic region, reinforce its metalworking capabilities, and add “premium brands” to its portfolio of industrial supplies and cutting tools.

The deal closed on April 15; additional details, including financial terms, were not disclosed.

Tool-Krib, which was founded as Van Duren Supply in 1938, is located in West Caldwell, New Jersey; A&M operates four locations in New Jersey along with branches in Connecticut, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.
