Oklahoma hydraulic, pneumatic and fluid power distributor Aberdeen Dynamics announced Friday that it has acquired East Texas Seals.
ETS, an authorized Parker Hannifin distributor, provides O-rings, rubber seals, molded components and sealing solutions across Texas from locations in Van and Houston.
Aberdeen officials said that the deal would bolster its presence in the fluid power and sealing markets, as well as enhance its footprint across Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. The company acquired fellow Oklahoma company Industrial Specialties in 2023 and Southwest Seal & Supply, with locations in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas, last year.
ETS employees will join Aberdeen's employee-ownership model under the deal; additional terms were not disclosed.
