DXP Enterprises announced Monday that it has acquired Triangle Pump & Equipment Inc., a manufacturer’s representative and distributor located in southwestern Washington state.

Triangle, the company said, provides pumps and process equipment to the water and wastewater industry, including industrial applications as well as aftermarket service and repair. The company accounted for some $15.1 million in sales and $2.4 million in adjusted EBITDA in the 12 months ending June 30, officials noted.

DXP Chairman and CEO David Little said in the announcement that the deal would expand the geographic footprint and capabilities of DXP’s water division.

“Triangle is a great company with key differentiators and provides us with high caliber people,” Little said.

DXP indicated that it funded the deal with cash from its balance sheet. Additional details were not disclosed.

“The addition of Triangle furthers us in our mission to build DXP Water into a full-line products and service focused platform servicing the municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment markets,” said DXP CFO Kent Yee.

DXP acquired another Washington state manufacturer's rep — APSCO LLC in Redmond — last month. The company ranks at no. 17 on ID's 2025 Big 50.

“We look forward to finishing 2025 on this same path and heading into 2026 with more acquisitions as we scale DXP," Yee said.
