Shale-Inland Fills Key Executive Positions

Chicago, IL - Shale-Inland Holdings announced today that it has filled four executive positions.  Darrell Jean has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer; Navid Gardooni, Chief Information Officer, Jody Pitts, Vice President of Marketing and Rob Broyles, Executive Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development.

Darrell Jean, CFO, has executive level financial management experience in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and services industries. He previously served as CFO of Mueller Water Products, as CFO of Morton Metalcraft as well as in the positions of corporate controller, VP of business development and financial analyst for Fortune 100 companies and privately held businesses. He will have responsibility for Shale-Inland's Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, Facilities and Fleet.

Navid Gardooni, CIO, joined Industrial PVF in 2006 as the group's first IT Director, and led all aspects of IT including long-term strategic planning, budgeting, projects, ERP consolidation and implementation, business process improvement, support and SOX compliance.  He oversaw the standardization of business processes and master data across the 39 IPVF businesses.

Jody Pitts, VP Marketing, will lead the branding and marketing initiatives for Shale-Inland Holdings. She joined Main Steel in 1987 and currently manages all aspects of the company marketing programs. Jody is also the Vice President in charge of the company's Tape Division which recently partnered with the 3M Company to develop a new line of protective tapes for the stainless steel industry.

Rob Broyles, EVP Finance & Corporate Development joined Industrial PVF as Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Rob has 18 years of experience in wholesale distribution and held positions at Hughes Supply as Group Controller Water & Sewer and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, overseeing more than 65 acquisitions of privately held distributors.
