RADNOR, Pa. (AP) — Airgas, Inc. said Monday it signed a five-year contract to supply refrigerated gas and other industrial gases to Johnson Controls Inc.
Milwaukee-based Johnson Controls makes automotive, battery and building supplies, and designs and installs systems that make buildings more efficient. Airgas will supply it with refrigerant gas, bulk and packaged industrial gas, welding hard goods and related and personal protection equipment.
Airgas did not disclose financial terms of the contract.
Shares of Airgas rose 31 cents to close at $66.78.
