DAYTON, Ohio – New chief financial officers have been appointed for WinWholesale Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Noland Company, according to company officials.
Roland L. Gordon was appointed CFO to replace Jack W. Johnston who became WinWholesale’s president July 11; and. Jeff M. Dice has succeeded Gordon as Noland Company CFO. Dice had been WinWholesale’s vice president, electronic data integration.
“I’ve worked with Roland and Jeff for a number of years. I’m very pleased to have two people of their experience and ability to move into these CFO jobs as we position WinWholesale to continue growing revenue,” Johnston said. Both CFOs are certified public accountants.
Gordon joined WinWholesale in 1999 in its Reno, Nev., office and became the Noland CFO after WinWholesale acquired the company in 2005. Dice has been with WinWholesale since joining the company in 2004 at the Dayton, Ohio, regional office before moving to the corporate headquarters in 2005.
WinWholesale is one of the nation’s largest distributors of domestic and industrial supplies and equipment lines, such as plumbing, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, and industrial pipe, valves and fittings. The company’s sales were $1.65 billion at the end of its last fiscal year Jan. 31.
There are more than 500 local companies across the country representing the Winnelson, Winair, Winlectric, Windustrial, Winwater, Winfastener, Winpump and Noland Company brands.
