Graybar Reports Record Q2, Six-Month Sales

The figures follow a record-setting Q1 as sales for 2015's first six months reached $3 billion.

ST. LOUIS — Graybar, a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, recently reported record net sales for the second quarter and the first six months of the year.

Following record net sales in the first quarter, Graybar achieved a second quarter net sales record of $1.6 billion, a 3.5 percent increase compared to the same period last year. For the first six months of the year, the company reported record net sales of $3.0 billion, a 4.7 percent increase from the same period last year.

“We are pleased with our net sales record for the second quarter,” said Kathleen M. Mazzarella, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Graybar. “We continue to invest in people, locations and technology that can enhance our service capabilities and position Graybar for long-term growth.”
