
Border States announced Tuesday that the company received the award for “Best B2B User Experience Design” at the recent B2B eCommerce World Americas show.
Officials from the North Dakota-based distributor — no. 20 on ID’s 2025 Big 50 — accepted the award alongside Smith Commerce, the company’s web design partner. The B2B eCommerce Association, Border States officials said, highlighted the website’s “intuitive navigation, accessibility, personalization and customer-centric design.”
“This is a great validation of the effort everyone has put into our side, our partnership with Smith Commerce and how our collective team works and delivers results,” Jon Axtman, Border States’ digital customer experience director, said in a statement.
The B2B eCommerce Association’s debut event in Scottsdale, Arizona, featured more than 600 manufacturers and distributors, the company said.
