Tennessee door, frame and hardware supplier Commercial Door and Frame Distributors plans to move its operations to a nearby facility formerly used by connector and fastener supplier Simpson Strong-Tie.

State officials said that CDF Distributors plans to invest $26.1 million in the Gallatin, Tennessee, facility and add 85 jobs —- bringing its Tennessee workforce to 195.

“Our expansion in Gallatin reflects both the strength of this region and the dedication of our team,” Steve Kincanon, the president and COO of CDF parent Foreword Companies, said in a statement. “This new facility positions us to deliver even greater value to our customers nationwide while continuing to invest in the community that has supported us for over a decade.”
