The Power Transmission Distributors Association will host an “Industry Immersion Conference” next spring in Nashville, the group announced Tuesday.
The one-day program, which will be held March 25, is aimed at employees who are new to the power transmission and motion control industries. Attendees will be able to take advantage of learning sessions, networking opportunities, and lessons from industry leaders.
“When we invest in early-career employees, we’re investing in the long-term strength of our businesses,” said Brian Kudrna, director of business development at G&G Manufacturing and the chair of the Industry Immersion Planning Task Force. “This program is designed to strengthen engagement and help new team members understand how their role fits into the broader PT/MC ecosystem.”
Early bird registration for the conference is open through Jan. 19.
