Motion on Wednesday unveiled the class schedule for 2026 at the company's "Learning & Development Center."
The MRO and industrial technology distributor — no. 2 on ID’s 2025 Big 50 — said that the LDC offers hands-on technical training and professional development education both virtually and at Motion’s U.S. “Learning Centers” and partner locations.
Next year’s classes include technical courses in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components, bearings and power transmission products, process pumps, arc flash safety, programmable logic controllers, CNC programming and more. The schedule also features classes on leadership and communication, as well as instruction in Microsoft programs.
“Our focus is to optimize our customers’ operations by providing training that builds practical skills for both their teams and our employees,” Brock Culpepper, director of learning and development at Motion, said in a statement. “Leading hands-on sessions and flexible virtual options, our well-qualified instructors equip students with the knowledge and confidence for success.”
