Merriam, Kansas-based IBT Industrial Solutions has been a mainstay on Industrial Distribution’s Big 50 List, checking in at number 45 last year. They’ve been supplying MRO and industrial hardware supplies for over 70 years now, but recently, the distributor has significantly boosted its offerings in industrial training.
The company recently launched its Stratus Learning initiative, a complete online training solution crafted by IBT experts that greatly complements IBT’s in-person training that it’s been offering for more than five decades. It’s format and flexibility seem to make it perfect for today’s on-the-go oriented workforce.
The company also recently debuted its UpTime help app, which serves as a way for customers to submit factory breakdown and downtime issues for an IBT member to help resolve.
