Composite Push-to-Connect Fittings

University Park, IL - Bimba Manufacturing Company, a provider of pneumatic, hydraulic and electric solutions, and its subsidiary Pneumadyne Inc., an innovative manufacturer of pneumatic components and control systems, announced a new line of composite push-to-connect fittings. The broad new line, which combines plastic with existing metal barbed fittings, now includes specialty items such as union branches and tube-to-stem elbow reducers. These are available in sizes ranging from thread sizes #10-32 to 1/2 npt, and tubing diameters from 1/8 “to 1/2". Every cylinder, manifold, and valve sold by Bimba requires at least one fitting. Now, customers can consolidate their purchases with one stop, buying a pneumatic solution with the fitting most appropriate to its use, says the company. The push-to-connect fittings broaden Bimba’s inventory of the most popular fitting styles, including elbows, tees and straight connectors.
