Turner Supply Acquires Georgia Distributor

Turner Supply announced Monday that it has acquired Millworks & Supply, a distributor of MRO products in Savannah, Georgia.

Millworks & Supply will rebrand to become the 10th Turner Supply stocking location, which Turner officials said would expand its presence in coastal Georgia and South Carolina.
 

The deal is Turner’s sixth acquisition since 2019. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“By joining Turner Supply, we'll be able to offer an even broader range of products and solutions while continuing to grow our business, expand our team, and maintain the responsiveness and personal service that have always defined Millworks & Supply,” Jim Coryell, the company’s co-owner, said in the announcement.

“Millworks & Supply has built a strong reputation through responsive, relationship-driven service, which closely aligns with how we serve our customers at Turner Supply,” added Turner President and CEO Chip Schramm.
