Marco Sealing Solutions has acquired Cincinnati sealing distributor Pride Seals Inc., company officials announced Wednesday.
Marco officials said that the addition of Pride Seals’ inventory, fulfillment and support capabilities would expand its product lineup, technical capabilities and customer base “across key industrial end markets.” Pride, meanwhile, adds access to Marco’s portfolio and supply network.
“Pride Seals is an excellent fit with Marco’s mission to deliver unmatched expertise, availability and service to our customers,” Marco CEO Chad Smith said in the announcement. “They have built a strong reputation for quality and responsiveness, and their capabilities complement our existing offering in a meaningful way. Together, we are even better positioned to solve sealing challenges and support our customers’ most demanding applications.”

The deal is the New Hampshire-based company’s eighth addition since it was acquired by private equity firm Align Capital Partners in 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
