Fastener, industrial supply and packaging provider LINC Systems has acquired northern Illinois distributor Ample Supply Company, company officials announced.
Ample Supply, established in 1967, is a supplier of industrial staplers, nailers and fasteners located in Sycamore, Illinois. LINC officials said that the deal would bolster its presence in the Midwest, as well as expand its platform of fastening and packaging solutions.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Together, we look forward to creating new opportunities for our teams and delivering even greater value to our customers,” LINC Systems officials said in a post on social media.
